Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first company, is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Internal Audit to own the strategy and roadmap of our internal audit offerings. You will shape product direction, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of advanced AI agents across planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting.

You will work closely with Chief Audit Executives and IT leaders, translating their workflows into scalable product requirements while thriving in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, preferably in regulated industries.
• Experience with internal audit, SOX, or risk workflows.
• Comfort discussing AI, LLM, and agent architectures with engineers.
• Ability to influence executives and balance stakeholder needs under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy for internal audit offerings and roadmap.
• Build enterprise AI agents to improve audit lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with success, sales, and marketing to drive adoption.
