Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first start-up in San Francisco building trust in audit and advisory. We seek a Product Manager for Corporate Internal Audit to own the strategy and roadmap to win this market.

You will build enterprise-grade AI agents across the audit lifecycle and collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing to drive adoption of core features. Remote-friendly, onsite collaboration with executives is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or regulated compliance workflow.
• Fluent in audit vocabulary: controls, risk matrices, walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit line from market entry to roadmap.
• Build enterprise-grade AI agents to increase efficiency and practitioner experience across the audit lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive adoption of product features.
• Work with Chief Audit Executives and Heads of IT Audit, including onsite interactions, feeding learnings back into the roadmap.
