Qualifications

• 12+ years in Corporate Digital Banking with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade apps.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and strategy for Corporate Digital Banking.
• Drive go-to-market, positioning, and roadmap prioritization.
• Lead API specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee integration governance across modules and ERP links.
• Mentor BAs, POs, Architects, and Developers.
