VeriPark seeks a Software Development Manager to lead the VeriLoan product engineering team on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will drive end-to-end engineering delivery, set technical standards, and foster a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
With 15+ years in .NET/C# and Power Platform and 5+ years in people management, you will partner with Product, Architecture, QA and DevOps to align roadmaps, ensure secure development, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade
Qualifications
- 15+ years hands-on experience with .NET/C# and Microsoft Power Platform.
- 5+ years of people management leading software teams.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and Azure-based solutions.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe at scale and modern DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the VeriLoan product engineering team on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery with predictable releases and stability.
- Define technical standards, architecture, and secure development practices.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs: cycle/lead time, defects, deployment success, and debt.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps for roadmap alignment.
- Plan capacity, hiring needs, and career paths for engineers.
- Represent engineering in stakeholder discussions and decisions.
- Explore Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure roadmaps for innovation.
