About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Corporate Digital Banking of our VeriChannel product built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform. This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment.

What you will be doing:

• Define and communicate the multi-year vision and strategy for Corporate Digital Banking.
• Drive the go-to-market approach and competitive positioning aligned with corporate banking needs.
• Build and own the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact modules: Bulk payments, EFT/ACH/Wires, approvals, entitlements, corporate onboarding, cash management, liquidity, ERP integrations, AML checks.
• Drive Corporate UX Modernization: dashboards, approval workflows, bulk operations, navigation, and performance.
• Personally lead creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and API specifications.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex corporate workflows such as: Maker-checker, dual approval, delegation, entitlements, file-based operations, pooling/sweeping, treasury reporting.
• Engage directly in feature design and ensure consistent functional logic across markets.
• Provide senior-level guidance to BAs, POs, Architects, and Developers during implementation.
• Own integration governance across all corporate modules.
• Ensure strict consistency and quality across:
  • Core banking APIs
  • Payment rails (EFT, ACH, Wires, ISO20022, SWIFT)
  • ERP/accounting integrations (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero)
  • AML/Fraud solutions (DataVisor, etc.)
• Establish standards for API versioning, error handling, retry/idempotency logic, resilience patterns, and performance benchmarks.
• Govern authentication, authorization, SSO, and corporate entitlement frameworks.
• Ensure full compliance with global and local regulations (AML, FATF, PCI DSS, SOC2, PSD2/SCA).
• Oversee implementation of audit trail standards, operational risk controls, and corporate approval logic.
• Ensure entitlement models are consistent, secure, and correctly enforced.
• Lead workshops with C-level and senior stakeholders (Corporate Banking, Treasury, IT, Risk, Operations).

• Act as the senior escalation point for all Corporate Digital Banking scope items in ongoing deliveries.
• Align priorities and expectations across Product, Engineering, Delivery, UX, QA, DevOps, and Support teams.
• Partner with Sales/Pre-Sales to support RFPs, demos, customer proposals, and pipeline planning.
• Oversee planning, sizing, and execution of Corporate Digital modules across regions.
• Ensure roadmap adherence, reusability standards, and backward compatibility for version upgrades.
• Provide senior leadership during SIT/UAT cycles, unblocking issues requiring advanced product knowledge.
• Drive consistency across markets enabling reuse, template creation, and standardized rollout models.
• Track KPIs such as transaction throughput, approval turnaround, bulk file performance, SLA adherence, and adoption.
• Use analytics, operational insights, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Benchmark against global competitors (Backbase, Temenos Infinity, iGTB, Intellect, Finacle).
• Propose innovations in automation, AI-driven workflows, and operational optimization.
• Mentor BAs, Development Manager and UI/UX teams.
• Establish standards, templates, and governance frameworks for corporate modules.
• Build internal capability through structured trainings, playbooks, demos, and reusable assets.

What we are looking for:

• 12+ years of proven hands-on experience Corporate Digital Banking products and at least last 5+ years of manager experience.
• Expertise to lead and develop technical teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions.
• Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
