Job summary

PowerSchool is seeking a Head of Product Operations to architect and scale systems, processes, analytics, and automations across a multi-product SaaS platform. This leader partners closely with the CPO, R&D, Finance, Cloud Operations, and GTM teams to ensure the company delivers high-quality, high-impact products with operational excellence, customer-centricity, and financial discipline.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role owns Product Operations & Strategy

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS / Cloud product operations or product management.
• Experience operating within a multi-product SaaS environment with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record building or scaling Product Operations and partnering with CPO leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own operating model linking product strategy, investments, planning, and performance.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and CS.
• Develop cross-functional governance, prioritization, and lifecycle management for products.
