Job summary

Lark Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the future of our core member app and AI coaching. You will guide product strategy across mobile experiences and collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.

You will translate user insights and business goals into initiatives, measure impact with rigorous analytics, and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping consumer mobile products under real constraints.
• Strong product judgment and ability to craft product direction.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features with accountability for accuracy and trust.
• Excellent analytics and experimentation instincts; proficient in modern analytics tools.
• Familiarity with lean product development in distributed teams.
• Understanding behavior change and coaching vs clinical care in regulated space.
• Experience with Medicare or older-adult population, or in B2C health/fitness.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of core app and AI coaching, guiding the entire development cycle from concept to launch.
• Use a hypothesis-driven approach to define and refine key features using market analysis, user testing, and data.
• Own a portion of the product roadmap, translating insights into initiatives and launch plans.
• Run a sharp measurement practice with clean experiments and meaningful metrics.
• Define and track success by setting and monitoring key results for stakeholders.
• Partner with Enrollment and EHR teams to align on member outcomes.
