Job summary

airSlate is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Core Agreement Features within SignNow to shape high-impact user journeys and drive AI-enabled improvements in compliance-focused workflows.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, support, sales, and marketing to deliver intuitive, fast, and reliable agreement execution experiences while measuring impact through defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• Strong product craft and UX judgment, with a proven ability to simplify complex user journeys.
• Deep user empathy and a consistent problem-solving approach, you start from user needs and outcomes, not feature delivery.
• Experience building and optimizing end-to-end user flows, including onboarding, key task completion, and self-serve experiences.
• Strong experimentation skills, including designing and executing A/B tests, interpreting results, and turning insights into impact.
• Data-driven decision-making skills, comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Good intuition for where AI adds value in user-facing flows, and where it does not, including practical tradeoffs around quality, risk, and user trust.
• Excellent communication skills, able to align teams and stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, support, sales, and marketing.
• Ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core agreement execution flows.
• Understand user pain points through research, support insights, and data; translate into clear problem statements and priorities.
• Turn complicated tasks into simple, guided experiences through UX patterns and smart defaults.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to reduce friction and improve user confidence; define guardrails and fallback behavior.
• Build guidance to help users make compliant decisions in sensitive contexts.
• Drive experiments and measure outcomes; define hypotheses and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing to ensure adoption and outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs; monitor funnel performance and build learning loops.
