Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks a Senior Associate Product Manager to own Microsoft Copilot and M365 automation, including Power Platform workspaces in a citizen development framework. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), PL-200, or MS-102 are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required in product management, technical product ownership, platform operations, or a related field, including experience supporting Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, workflow automation, or comparable enterprise SaaS and business-productivity platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse).

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational ownership of Microsoft Copilot and M365 automation services (Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform workspaces).
• Coordinate tenant, environment, connector, and workspace configuration with IT and platform engineering teams.
• Own license governance, entitlements, renewal and cost controls, and audit reporting.
• Plan and manage rollouts across pilot groups, business units, and deployment waves.
• Support citizen development by governing use cases, maintaining inventories, templates, and standards.
• Maintain governance policies, data protection, and risk management in collaboration with security and compliance teams.
• Deliver product direction, requirements, and stakeholder updates to cross‑zone teams.
