Strong communication, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Platform Administration, Configuration Coordination, and Operational Oversight: own day‑to‑day operational ownership of Copilot and M365 automation services; coordinate tenant, environment, connectors, and workspace configuration; manage access provisioning, RBAC requests, user lifecycle, intake queues, and service health; maintain runbooks and SOPs; identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.
License Governance, Audits, and Reporting: own license governance for Copilot and Power Platform entitlements; design and operate automated audits for agents, flows, apps, connectors, sharing, and permissions; produce adoption and license utilization reports.
Rollout, Release, and Change Management: plan rollouts across pilot groups and deployment waves; monitor roadmap and release notes; translate changes into rollout activities.
Citizen Development Enablement and Use‑Case Governance: support use cases governance and documentation; maintain inventory and ownership records; develop training materials and resources.
Governance, Risk, and Responsible Use: maintain usage policies, data loss prevention, environment policies, and governance docs; monitor for risks and data exposure; elevate issues with safeguards.
Product Operations, Global Delivery, and Stakeholder Communication: provide product direction to India‑based teams; coordinate sprint planning and handoffs; support other AI Lab tools; act as escalation point; communicate status and risks to leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
