Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to own Microsoft Copilot and M365 automation in a U.S. hours framework.

You will coordinate configuration, governance, audits, reporting, and rollout activities across US and India teams to enable citizen development and secure enterprise use of Power Platform. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in product management, with strong knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 suite.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day product ownership for Copilot and Power Platform.
• Plan rollouts, manage readiness, and coordinate releases across teams.
• Govern use cases, documentation, and security/compliance controls.
• Coordinate across US and India teams; deliver status updates.
• Prepare dashboards, runbooks, and audit/reporting packages.
