Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to own US-hours product management for Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 automation, including Power Platform workspaces for citizen development. You will coordinate configuration, audits, reporting, rollout management, and license governance across US and India teams.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or related fields, strong communication, and expertise with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform familiarity preferred.
• 3+ years in product management, technical product ownership, or platform operations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or enterprise SaaS is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational ownership of Microsoft Copilot and M365 automation services.
• Coordinate configuration across tenant, environment, connectors, and citizen development workspaces.
• Own license governance, audit processes, and reporting for Copilot and Power Platform entitlements.
• Plan and manage rollouts, readiness criteria, and training in ongoing deployment waves.
• Coordinate with India-based teams and manage cross-time-zone delivery and stakeholder updates.
