Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in the United States seeks a Senior Associate Product Manager to own Microsoft Copilot and M365 automation, including Power Platform workspaces for citizen development. This hands-on role covers configuration coordination, audits, reporting, rollout management, license governance, and day-to-day operational oversight.

You will coordinate with US- and India-based teams, govern use cases, and ensure alignment with the firm’s operating model and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), PL-200, or MS-102 are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related fields including supporting Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, including environments, connectors, and governance is preferred.
• Strong product judgment with roadmap/backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare product briefs, user guides, runbooks, and leadership updates, using tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Balance product thinking with hands-on operational follow-through; coordinate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration, Configuration Coordination, and Operational Oversight for Copilot and Power Platform services.
• License Governance, Automated Audits, and Reporting for entitlements and cost controls.
• Rollout, Release, and Change Management across pilot groups and deployment waves.
• Citizen Development Enablement and Use-Case Governance with documentation and templates.
• Governance, Risk, and Responsible Use including data protection and policy compliance.
• Product Operations, Global Delivery, and Stakeholder Communication with India-based teams.
