Job summary
Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to own U.S.-hours product management for Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 automation, including Power Platform workspaces for citizen development. This hands-on role covers configuration coordination, audits, reporting, rollout management, license governance, and day-to-day operations.
The role requires minimum 3 years in product management, strong collaboration with India-based teams, and familiarity with Power Platform and Copilot
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management or ownership in enterprise SaaS or similar.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or related tools.
- Strong requirements definition, prioritization, and backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Provide product direction, priorities, and success criteria to cross‑functional teams.
- Own governance, audit, and reporting for Copilot and Power Platform usage.
- Plan rollouts, readiness criteria, and change management across waves.
- Coordinate distributed teams across time zones during U.S. business hours.
- Develop training materials, product guides, and release communications.
