Job summary

Burtch Works is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Conversion and Search, to own the optimization of the marketplace’s commerce journey. You will drive revenue by improving search relevance, recommendations, and Buy Box outcomes, supported by a dedicated analytics and engineering pod in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management in an ecommerce or marketplace context.
• Ownership of search, recommendations, or conversion-focused product areas.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong data literacy and instrumentation planning with analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Search roadmap and ranking improvements (Algolia).
• Lead Buy Box optimization for conversion and pricing signals.
• Drive Product Recommendations to boost cross-sell and up-sell.
• Develop and manage CRO program with rigorous test design and measurement.
