Job summary

OEConnection LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead PartsTech search experience. You will own roadmap for core search surfaces, coordinate with data science and Applied AI, and drive end-to-end product delivery in a remote-first environment across the US.

The role requires 5+ years in search product management, experience with marketplace or e-commerce search, and strong collaboration and communication skills to align across product, design, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in search product management.
• Experience shipping search/discovery products in marketplace or e-commerce.
• Hands-on with search backend systems like indexing, query processing, retrieval architectures.
• Experience working with data science and Applied AI/ML teams.
• Proven track record owning product delivery for customer-facing search and merchandising tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for PartsTech core search and results experience.
• Establish product vision and strategy for the Search product squad.
• Implement OKRs and measurement-first culture.
• Develop and manage A/B experiments to improve key search metrics.
• Lead shop-facing search UX and frontend delivery with design and engineers.
• Own supplier-facing merchandising tooling and related experiences.
• Drive indexing and ranking improvements with Data Science teams.
• Conduct discovery with customers to identify marketplace needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and GTM teams to communicate updates and metrics.
