Job summary

Burtch Works seeks a Strategy Analyst, Search/CRO to join the Data and Analytics team and help optimize a two-sided dental supply marketplace remotely from the United States. You will work across product search, recommendations, pricing, and availability to drive revenue growth and improve conversion.

This hands-on analyst role partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to instrument measurement, diagnose performance, and translate complex marketplace behavior

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of analytics, marketplace analytics, e-commerce analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong SQL skills with large event-, transaction-, product-, or marketplace datasets.
• Experience analyzing e-commerce or marketplace behavior including conversion funnels and pricing.
• Hands-on experience using web analytics, clickstream, and order data to diagnose performance.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, experiment analysis, or feature rollout measurement.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve marketplace experiences to influence conversion, revenue per visit, GMV, and LTV.
• Support measurement foundation for onsite interactions and event tagging.
• Analyze Buy Box, pricing, inventory, and offer ranking to identify opportunities.
• Use demand and supply signals to identify growth opportunities and optimize outcomes.
• Support CRO programs with hypotheses, metrics, guardrails, and test durations.
• Tie experiment results to revenue metrics and customer behaviors.
