Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital product management experience.
- Delivery of complex digital platforms across web and mobile.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Agile experience (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning).
- Experience with release management and product operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy across Conversational AI, Search, and Digital Support experiences.
- Translate strategy into PRDs, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of delivery-ready work across multiple sprints.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations.
- Create executive-ready presentations communicating strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Demonstrate practical prototyping and collaborate with engineering on architecture and data.
