Charles Schwab is reshaping client experiences with AI-powered products across Conversational AI, search, and digital support. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, drive strategy, align across product, engineering, risk and design, and deliver scalable, compliant experiences.

The role emphasizes executive communication, rapid prototyping, and hands-on collaboration with diverse teams to ensure high quality client journeys on web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Experience delivering complex digital platforms across web and mobile.
• Agile experience (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning).
• Experience with conversational AI, search, chatbots, or ML-driven products.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across Conversational AI, Search, and Digital Support experiences.
• Translate strategy into PRDs, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of delivery-ready work across multiple sprints.
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
• Drive development of AI-powered experiences including LLM-based and hybrid systems.
• Establish and improve AI quality frameworks (evaluation, grounding, hallucination mitigation).
• Partner with risk and compliance to ensure AI safety and governance.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, release, and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Create executive-ready presentations communicating strategy, risks, and outcomes.
