Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager/strategist to lead content standards, taxonomy and metadata work, partnering with content teams to rebuild production workflows and deliver high-quality, data-driven content solutions. You will shape strategy, guide artifact creation from MRDs to PRDs, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the content lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains.

Responsibilities

• Embed content standards and metadata in real business unit work with 95% data accuracy.
• Redesign production workflows to reduce handoffs and rework.
• Guide teams from MRDs to PRDs and specs to align with learner jobs and business outcomes.
• Build AI fluency and practical automation for content tasks at scale.
• Coach PMs and leaders across seniority levels to drive outcomes.
