Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with payments/fintech experience.
• Ability to define, build, and scale products in ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, wallets, and alternative rails.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Consumer Payments across Toast.
• Define end-to-end consumer payment experiences including wallets and rewards-linked payments.
• Partner with Consumer, Guest, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to design scalable solutions.
• Drive discovery and prioritization based on customer needs, business impact, and feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal platform teams and external partners.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and risks to senior leadership.
