Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a senior designer to own reservations and booking end to end, from ambiguity to pixels, across mobile and web. You’ll work on a consumer experience inside a startup-like consumer design team within Toast.

You will partner with product, eng, research, and marketing; demonstrate strong UX fundamentals, ship in native and responsive formats, and apply AI prototyping tools to craft delightful guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years designing consumer products with shipped work in portfolio.
• Experience across native and responsive guest-facing and operator-facing flows.
• Bonus for scheduling, availability, transactional, or marketplace flows.
• Fluency with AI prototyping tools and Figma and strong accessibility focus.
• Solid UX fundamentals and problem judgement on when to apply which approach.

Responsibilities

• Tackle ambiguous problems and deliver a point of view with a prototype.
• Design the full user loop, not just the booking screen.
• Balance guest needs with restaurant operations in the flow.
• Use behavioral data and guest feedback to guide next steps.
