Affi is a remote‑first company shaping how people pay over time. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own consumer payments experiences across discovery, launch, and optimization.

You’ll partner with Design, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering to improve conversion, reduce costs, and manage risk while delivering meaningful customer outcomes. This role emphasizes collaboration, experimentation, and strategic roadmap execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor: comfortable with data, experiments and research.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to fix breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer payment experiences from discovery to launch.
• Uncover where paying breaks down through research and data.
• Collaborate with Design and Analytics on experiments to boost conversions.
• Run experiments to improve payment success and cost.
• Shape how payments are processed safely and cost‑effectively.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to plan sequencing.
• Drive a roadmap delivering customer and business outcomes.
