Job summary

Affi… is a remote-first company redefining how people pay over time. The Product team translates customer insights into a clear vision and collaborates with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable payments products.

The Consumer Payments team focuses on creating new payment experiences, improving payment success, and ensuring safe and cost-efficient processing. This senior role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Strong customer curiosity and problem-solving.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on system design and tradeoffs.
• Proven track record from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the customer, uncovering where paying breaks down through research and data.
• Create new payment experiences, working with Design and Analytics from discovery to launch.
• Design and run experiments that improve conversion, payment success, and cost.
• Shape how payments are processed safely and cost‑effectively, weighing performance and risk.
• Be a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships, exploring opportunities and sequencing.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap delivering customer and business outcomes.
