Job summary

MortgageCoach is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Core Product, to own the Presentation Experience across MC Desktop and Mobile App, RateWatch, and related surfaces. You will work directly with engineering and design, validating with loan officers and guiding the roadmap to unify the user experience across platforms.

You will lead structured discovery, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and drive decisions in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in product management with ownership of a shipped B2B SaaS product.
• Mortgage industry experience; understanding loan officers' needs.
• Experience managing one product across web, mobile, or embedded platforms to parity.
• Experience running customer interviews and discovery programs.
• Ability to own a roadmap independently.
• Clear, confident communication with engineers, leadership, and customers.
• Strong judgment in ambiguity and data-driven decision making.
• Nice to have: overseeing a technical roadmap and engineering trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PM for Presentations, MC Desktop, Mobile App, and RateWatch.
• Identify gaps and align experiences across surfaces for parity.
• Translate strategic priorities into a sequenced, actionable roadmap.
• Conduct structured discovery with loan officers.
• Maintain alignment of product, engineering, and design on timelines and KPIs.
• Surface trade-offs and risks early, propose recommended paths.
• Keep stakeholders informed on timelines, releases, and impact.
