Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Cost Management in Austin, TX. You will combine financial fluency with product fundamentals to shape complex cost workflows and align with enterprise customers.

You’ll own strategic direction, partner with design and engineering, and translate financial use cases into actionable requirements while tracking measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent GTM/customer-facing role.
• Fluency with financial concepts and ERP context in a construction or project-based setting.
• Ability to engage with customers and build credibility through domain knowledge.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep domain expertise in construction finance across budgets, contracts, forecasts, and reporting.
• Own and drive strategy and roadmap for Procore Cost Management tools from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to transform complex financial workflows into trustworthy experiences.
• Coordinate with Cost Management and adjacent product areas to ensure data flows across the platform.
• Engage with customers including enterprise accounts through discovery sessions and feedback loops.
• Translate complex financial use cases into clear product requirements.
• Define and track OKRs and metrics demonstrating customer and business value.
• Evangelize the Cost Management vision across engineering, GTM, and executives.
