Job summary

Veritiv in the United States is seeking a Product Manager who will own several product categories, set vision and strategy, and drive execution to meet financial targets.

You will lead vendor management, product launches, pricing strategies, and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical distribution. The role requires 5-10+ years in product management and strong analytical skills.

Collaborate across functions to optimize margins and ensure successful go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience in product management or cold chain packaging.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical distribution (FDA, EMA GDP).
• Strong financial acumen with cost modeling and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of product and vendor management including strategy, demand programs, financials, cross functional and vendor relationships.
• Own the cost management process including negotiations, vendor compliance, and system implementation.
• Lead product launch planning and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning to drive product innovation.
• Develop business cases, including pricing strategy, cost targets, and margin expectations.
• Analyze product category performance and maximize sales and income.
• Create, manage and track product promotions.
• Review and approve requests for new items to be added to product offering and ensure profitability metrics are met.
