Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a product leader to own the Cloud Namespace surface end-to-end in Temporal Cloud. You’ll ensure provisioning, configuration, operation, and evolution of Namespaces with strong collaboration from engineering. The role focuses on capacity, policy, and high-availability multi-tenant design.

You’ll drive differentiated Namespace offerings, throughput management, and API surfaces, delivering reliable, scalable services with clear SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping and operating platform/infrastructure products.
• Ability to translate workload needs into scalable policies and defaults.
• Proven track record defining SLOs/SLAs and using metrics for decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Cloud Ops, and Sales.
• Experience pricing, tiering, and policy definition for multi-tenant systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for PRDs and customer explanations.

Responsibilities

• Own full Cloud Namespace lifecycle for a multi-tenant operator in Temporal Cloud.
• Define differentiated Namespace offerings with clear value for customers.
• Manage throughput and capacity including autoscaling and quotas.
• Develop operational policy and features for placement, replication, and scaling.
• Define and own Namespace APIs and configuration used by customers and UI.
• Communicate performance expectations and maintain Namespace SLAs.
