Job summary

Temporal is an open-source durable execution platform used by Stripe, Datadog, Slack, OpenAI, Cloudflare, GitLab, and roughly 1,500 paying customers. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the Cloud Namespace surface, driving multi-tenant isolation, capacity planning, and reliability for high-scale developer workloads within our infrastructure platform.

You will collaborate with SRE, Cloud Ops, Sales, and Security to shape placement logic, quotas, policy, pricing, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Full Cloud Namespace lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, and deletion.
• Throughput and capacity management: autoscaling, quotas, and limits.
• Namespace SL0s/SLAs and performance instrumentation.
• API configurations for customer automation and UI.
