We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for self-hosted and hybrid deployment models of Temporal. You will own the product surface area that enables customers to deploy, operate, and connect Temporal across self-hosted and cloud environments, working closely with Engineering, Resident Architects, and self-hosted services teams. Responsibilities include defining deployment strategies, improving installation and operability, enabling environment migrations, driving production readiness, and managing multi-region and multi-cloud topologies. You will also own the Temporal Proxy as an end-to-end product, focusing on roadmap, packaging, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience leading infrastructure or platform products with high reliability and operational requirements. You should excel at translating complex customer needs—such as security, compliance, networking, and data constraints—into clear product requirements and roadmaps. Comfort working with engineering teams on technical domains like deployment architecture, replication, and operational tooling is essential. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience with hybrid architectures, performance testing, and distributed systems are highly valued. This role requires 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or infrastructure software.
