Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Nexus to own the next phase of Temporal Nexus: landing the current product foundation, expanding adoption across strategic accounts, and defining the roadmap for Nexus as Temporal’s durable connectivity layer.

You will lead cross-functional teams, work hands-on with engineering and customers, translate messy evidence into sequencing, and help customers and partners understand where Nexus is going.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or equivalent experience turning ambiguous and technical strategy into shipped outcomes.
• Ability to reason about distributed systems, workflow orchestration, APIs, SDKs, identity, and authorization.
• Experience with infrastructure, platforms, integrations, APIs, SDKs, service mesh, or cloud developer products.
• Comfortable working directly with senior technical customers and enabling GTM teams.
• Able to create crisp strategy docs, roadmaps, launch materials, and memos.
• Can inherit a complicated roadmap, clarify ownership, and unblock decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Nexus product strategy and roadmap across teams, namespaces, services, and AI systems.
• Drive execution of in-flight work: Nexus developer experience, operations, connectors, identity, and security.
• Conduct customer discovery with design partners and strategic customers.
• Shape developer and operator experience with SDKs, contracts, codegen, and service discovery.
• Lead cross-functional launches and enablement to align the company on Nexus problems and deployment.
• Define adoption metrics and measure momentum across Nexus usage.
