Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own two interconnected sides of a cloud-native data platform: data sourcing and internal consumer experience.

You will decide which sources to onboard, define contracts, and serve product engineering, analytics, data science, and operations teams as primary customers. This is a high-leverage role measuring adoption, data reliability, and speed of internal teams building on the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for data/platform/infrastructure products serving internal users.
• Fluency with data pipelines, warehouses/lakes, schemas, data quality, and governance.
• Experience with modern cloud data stacks and related trade-offs.
• History treating internal teams as customers and driving measurable adoption.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into a clear roadmap.
• Strong written and stakeholder-alignment skills, with good trade-off communication.
• AI-forward mindset using AI tools to boost team leverage.

Responsibilities

• Data sourcing strategy: prioritize, evaluate, and onboard data sources.
• Source onboarding: define intake, ingestion, validation, and go-live with engineers.
• Data contracts & standards: establish schema, freshness, quality, and metadata rules.
• Consumer management: maintain relationships with internal teams and prioritize requests.
• Adoption & reliability: define metrics and improve time-to-onboard.
• Roadmap & stakeholders: maintain platform roadmap and communicate trade-offs.
• AI-forward delivery: draft specs/docs, summarize feedback, prototype data sources.
