Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Intelligence to lead product strategy and roadmaps across clinical analytics.

You will partner with DTS and analytics, drive adoption, and translate complex clinical challenges into scalable capabilities and measurable outcomes. The role requires 10+ years in product management with healthcare analytics experience, and offers hybrid work with in-office days.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data/Analytics, Technology or a relevant field.
• 10+ years' experience in product management, healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, data and analytics strategy, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting clinical, quality, Stars, Population Health, Provider Performance, or related health plan functions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-value clinical and quality problems to solve by understanding business goals, user workflows, decision points, and pain points.
• Turn ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, use cases, business requirements, desired outcomes, and measurable success criteria.
• Own Clinical Intelligence product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization, balancing strategic value, urgency, reach, feasibility, dependencies, and effort.
• Build value propositions and business cases that connect product investments to clinical, quality, operational, financial, member, provider, and regulatory outcomes.
• Measure product utilization, adoption, and outcomes; use evidence to recommend optimization, additional investment, consolidation, modernization, or retirement.
