Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Sr Product Manager for Client Intelligence Systems & Analytics to own CRM, analytics, and client engagement platforms within Institutional Equities. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, lead cross-functional delivery, and drive measurable business value while managing offshore teams and data governance standards.

You will define success metrics, partner with data engineering to build scalable pipelines, and present data-driven updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience translating strategic objectives into executable technology and analytics solutions.
• Strong track record managing roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
• Experience leading offshore or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of data governance, controls, and risk considerations in enterprise environments.
• Ability to partner with engineering, data, and analytics teams on platform and reporting solutions.
• Ability to define success metrics and measure business impact.

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term product vision and roadmap for CRM and analytics.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
• Define and track KPIs and business impact.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery across lifecycle.
• Partner with data teams to shape data architecture and reporting.
• Evaluate AI capabilities for CRM and analytics aligned with governance.
• Present data-driven business cases and delivery outcomes to senior management.
• Establish CRM data governance standards and controls.
• Support dashboards, reporting tools, and data-sharing interfaces.
• Provide leadership for offshore teams, including coaching and development.
• Coordinate with offshore tech leads on capacity and team structure.
