Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years analytics experience in financial services, 3-5+ years leading teams.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency; hands-on analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with BI and big data tools (Tableau, Dataiku, Snowflake, Hadoop, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy for Financial Planning and data governance.
• Define roadmap to unify planning activity data and client/advisor insights.
• Deliver core reporting, KPIs, and dashboards with executive-ready narratives.
• Mentor analytics team and partner with offshore resources.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to govern data access and reporting.
