Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Product Management to shape and execute the clearing product roadmap within a U.S. clearing business.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Operations, and coordinates with external clearing member firms to ensure product delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has strong product instincts, exceptional stakeholder management, and can translate business needs into actionable requirements while balancing regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product management.
• Experience at a DCO, clearing agency, exchange, FCM, broker-dealer, or bank preferred.
• Proven ability to own initiatives from requirements through delivery.
• Strong analytical and product delivery skills.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the clearing product roadmap aligned to regulatory developments.
• Partner with Engineering, Risk, Operations, and external members to drive delivery.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own planning and execution of feature releases and testing strategies.
• Mentor analysts on requirements writing and prioritization.
