Job summary

Cboe is seeking a Manager, Product Management within the Clearing Product team in the U.S. market. You will design and execute the clearing product roadmap for regulated listed products, collaborating with Engineering, Risk, and Operations to align with regulatory developments and market shifts.

You will translate business initiatives into actionable requirements, own feature releases, and mentor analysts while coordinating with Clearing Member Firms and Exchanges to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably in a derivatives clearing environment.
• Ability to translate business features into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and release workflows.
• Familiarity with clearing/middle-office platforms and market regulation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the clearing product roadmap for regulated listed products.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Operations to deliver features.
• Own planning and execution of feature releases and alignment of stakeholders.
• Define test strategy with QA and validate releases prior to production.
• Monitor release performance and manage delivery risks and issues.
• Mentor Analysts on requirements-writing and best practices.
• Engage with Clearing Member Firms and Participating Exchanges for feedback.
• Support onboarding of new products and services and vendor deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions to maintain momentum and scope.
