Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Manager, Product Management to drive the clearing product roadmap for CFTC/SEC regulated listed products in its Clearing Product team. You will partner with Engineering, Risk, and Operations and report to the Director, Product Management.

The role emphasizes strong product instincts, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence supporting vendor engagements and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably in derivatives clearing/finance.
• Strong ability to own projects from requirements through delivery and to translate business needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated stakeholder communication across technical and business teams; analytical mindset with feature release workflows.
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning aligned with clearing strategy and regulatory developments.
• Translate business initiatives into actionable deliverables for Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams; own feature releases and ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with QA to define test strategies and validate releases prior to production deployment; monitor release performance and address risks.
• Serve as product lead across departments to maintain cohesive delivery and stakeholder alignment; mentor analysts on requirements writing and prioritization.
• Engage Clearing Member Firms and Exchanges to gather feedback and support onboarding of new product integrations.
