Job summary

Cboe Global Markets seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the clearing platform's vision, planning, and execution. You will partner with clients, stakeholders, engineering, risk, and operations to design investments aligned with business priorities and scale the clearing systems.

Responsibilities include strategy articulation, feature prioritization, and end-to-end launches. A strong track record in agile environments and experience with FIS, ION, or Broadridge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Product Management.
• Experience translating strategy into executable plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership to align stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and long-term platform vision for clearing services.
• Drive prioritization of features based on strategic fit and business impact.
• Lead launches from concept to production implementation.
• Engage with Clearing Member Firms and Exchanges to gather insights and manage expectations.
• Oversee middleware onboarding and education for new product integrations and services.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with platform changes.
• Mentor and develop the product team and foster cross-team collaboration.
