Job summary

Marsh seeks a senior technology leader to own Certinia, the backbone for Finance and HR platforms. You will define the roadmap, govern a 30+ person delivery org across time zones, and partner with executive sponsors in the US and UK to translate evolving needs into actionable delivery plans.

You will manage the Certinia vendor ecosystem, drive DevOps and security controls, and advance AI integration into core workflows. A hybrid role with international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in global, matrixed environments.
• Success owning a business-critical enterprise platform end to end.
• Experience partnering with C-suite leaders (CIO, COO, FP&A, HR).
• Executive presence and communication skills for a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to build and retain geographically distributed teams.
• Strong judgement under ambiguity with prioritization of competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or equivalent leadership/delivery experience.
• Willing to work in hybrid mode and travel internationally.
• Direct experience leading Salesforce-based platforms at enterprise scale.
• Deep familiarity with PSA platforms (Certinia) and enterprise integrations.
• DevOps and release engineering on Salesforce platform.
• IT controls, SOX-style frameworks, access management, audit evidence practices.
• Data privacy and security frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Agile delivery at scale with product management and outcome-based metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Certinia while balancing operations and investment.
• Lead a 30+ person, multi-disciplinary organization across time zones with standards.
• Serve as senior technology partner to executives in US/UK time zones and translate priorities.
• Own vendor relationships, contracts, governance, and knowledge transfer with partners.
• Own DevOps, release management, CI/CD, environments, and deployment strategy.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance posture with audits, privacy, and access controls.
• Own annual operating and investment budget and provide financial forecasting.
• Champion AI and agentic capabilities in core workflows with safe deployment.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, Infra, and IAM for integration estate.
