Job summary

UKG is seeking a Certinia Product Manager to own the business vision, scope, and delivery priorities for the Certinia implementation. You will govern the end-to-end services lifecycle from estimation to invoicing, aligning with project management, resource planning, and data migration.

You’ll collaborate with implementation consultants, finance, and operations to translate business requirements into backlog items, lead fit-gap sessions, and drive release priorities across Certinia modules.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years configuring Salesforce-based enterprise platforms.
• 2–3+ years configuring Certinia PSA.
• Experience supporting multi-system integrations within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting PSA processes: project management, resource management, time entry, billing, and data migration.
• Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the business roadmap for Certinia platform and prioritize scope across all implementation workstreams.
• Define how the organization will use Project Management for planning, execution, tracking, financials, and issue management.
• Define and govern Project Templates for repeatable structures and resource requests.
• Own Resource Management including resource records, staffing, capacity, and skills-based allocation.
• Define Skills Management requirements including taxonomy, profiles, certifications, ratings, and matching resources to demand.
• Own Time Management including time entry, approvals, submission rules, and time-to-billing controls.
• Own Expense Management including expense capture and linkage to billing and invoicing.
• Own Billing Events and billing flow design from record identification to invoicing.
• Own Services CPQ / Services Estimator including templates and conversion to projects.
• Translate requirements into backlog items and release priorities across Certinia modules.
• Lead fit-gap sessions and decide configuration vs. workarounds.
• Partner with consultants, architects, finance, and end users during design and build.
• Own data migration scope and validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Own integrations with finance systems and related upstream/downstream tools.
• Drive UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain post-go-live backlog and release roadmap.
