Job summary

Dematic, a leader in intralogistics, seeks a Senior Product Manager for AMCS Case & Tote Storage to drive regional execution and commercial success of shuttle and ultra-high-density storage solutions.

You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, lead cross-functional development and commercialization activities, and ensure products are sold, delivered, supported, and improved throughout their lifecycle. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of product management or closely related product-leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in material handling, intralogistics, warehouse automation, or supply-chain technology.
• Demonstrated experience delivering products through a formal development or tollgate process.
• Strong project-management capability; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong commercial and strategic-business acumen, including budgets, revenue, margin, pricing, and portfolio trade-offs.
• Solid technical foundation across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization, and leadership in a global, cross-functional organization.
• Experience with shuttle, goods-to-person, or ultra-high-density storage technologies preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own execution-focused product roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Drive the tollgate process from TG00 through TG90, including readiness review, risk closure, and on-time delivery.
• Manage products across all lifecycle stages from introduction to sunset.
• Maintain product requirements and commercialization-readiness evidence.
• Prioritize development based on customer impact and strategic value.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish cadence for status, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain product business cases within budgets and investment assumptions.
• Monitor performance metrics like orders, revenue, margin, and risks.
• Support pricing, sales enablement, and regional opportunity reviews.
• Collaborate with PM, R&D, and sustaining teams to deliver commitments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and others for launches.
