Job summary
Odyssey Logistics seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Product to rapidly build deep domain expertise in WMS and TMS, guiding roadmap initiatives across warehousing and transportation. You will lead user interviews, document requirements, and collaborate with operations, engineering, data services, and sales to align priorities and deliver high-value features.
Hybrid work model in Chesterton, IN with standard business hours and travel as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
- 7+ years in product management and logistics with IT focus.
- Experience with WMS technology required; TMS preferred.
- Strong project management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Translate warehouse and transportation system behavior into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Drive roadmap from idea through adoption and coordinate with engineering and QA.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders as primary product contact.
- Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to release.
- Define KPIs and metrics to track product success and drive adoption.
