Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking an All Battery Product Manager to lead product strategy, work with suppliers, and support development from concept through lifecycle management. You will provide technical input, respond to inquiries, and ensure quality and ESG alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and at least 5 years of product management experience. Strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, and problem-solving are essential. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute product line strategy aligned with All Battery category vision.
• Execute product development steps with suppliers, quality, purchasing, and category manager.
• Provide technical support and respond to sales/store inquiries.
• Coordinate with quality to approve/disqualify products and mitigate supply risks.
• Own the line review process and manage product life cycles.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and legal requirements and obtain certifications.
• Support ESG initiatives and input for RFQ with product expertise.
• Maintain SAP product data, product specs, and portals with accuracy.
• Support catalog development with All Battery Marketing.
