Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate within the Trust and Security Authentication Platforms and Modelling team to drive product development using user research and data insights. You will help shape product strategy, manage requirements, and align releases with the CI&A roadmap.

You will collaborate with product and technology partners to manage dependencies, priorities, and resource allocation, ensuring features are delivered effectively and with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience with agile tools for development and project management like Jira or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities from user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics including time, cost, and quality targets across the lifecycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Collaborates with teams to implement features and facilitates technical and non-technical discussions.
• Partner with QA teams on end-to-end testing and post-production validation.
• Facilitates prioritization across teams balancing speed, scalability and readiness.
• Disseminates best practices for product management and release management.
