Job summary

You will own toolsets like Piano.io and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, drive cross-functional execution, and explore responsible AI applications to improve engagement and donations at scale.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of digital product management experience with complex platforms or internal tools.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms and CDPs.
• Ability to translate cross-departmental needs into structured roadmaps and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for audience lifecycle platforms.
• Develop scalable audience activation tools across content, marketing, and editorial teams.
• Improve audience journeys: email discovery, retention, and donation conversion.
• Collaborate on data integration, tracking taxonomy, and attribution models.
• Lead AI-enabled automation to streamline lifecycle workflows.
• Document standards, governance, and adoption across departments.
• Coordinate stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, design, and data.
