You will translate enterprise strategy into segment actions, manage pricing, roadmaps, launches, and trade show execution with cross-functional teams.

The role demands strong business judgment, 5+ years in product/brand management, and the ability to drive prioritization across RD&I, Operations, Finance and Sales.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, brand management, commercial marketing, or a related commercial function.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Lead product/brand management, pricing, product roadmaps, commercialization, product launches, trade show execution, forecasting support, sales enablement, and the annual marketing calendar.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs, market intelligence, and business priorities.
• Lead commercialization and go-to-market execution for new and existing products with cross-functional readiness.
• Own trade show and event management, budgets, and post-event follow-up.
