Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Applied AI to lead internal AI-driven transformation across Finance, Operations, and GTM. You’ll own the product strategy, partner with AI engineers, and drive measurable time savings and cost impact.

You will ship AI-first internal tools and workflows, balancing rigorous PRDs with fast, vendor‑heavy execution when needed. This role requires strong communication and change-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or technical product leadership, with 2+ years shipping AI apps.
• Proven track record in internal process transformations and building internal tools.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools: prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, AI coding agents.
• Familiar with data architectures, data pipelines, and cloud infra (SQL, Snowflake, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the internal Applied AI product roadmap and translate challenges into specs.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and GTM to map workflows and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to design, scope, and deploy AI tools and pipelines.
• Define PRDs and measurable success metrics for each transformation.
• Lead agile cycles and iterate on deployed AI tools based on user feedback.
• Oversee change management to ensure adoption across business units.
• Monitor production reliability, tool adoption, and business value delivered.
• Prototype solutions hands-on rather than only writing specs.
