Job summary

Metropolis is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Applied AI to drive internal AI initiatives and transform operations. You will partner with Finance, Operations and GTM to identify bottlenecks, design AI-powered internal tools, and deliver measurable business impact with a hands-on, prototype‑driven approach.

You will lead agile cycles, ensure adoption across business units, and collaborate with AI engineers to deliver scalable AI workflows and agents.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership with AI focus and internal AI initiative experience.
• Proven track record transforming processes and building internal tools.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt systems and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on AI tooling and rapid prototyping experience.
• Experience with data architectures and cloud infrastructure (SQL, Snowflake, AWS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize internal Applied AI product roadmap and translate business challenges into engineering specs.
• Map workflows with leaders across Finance, Operations, and GTM to drive automation adoption.
• Work with AI engineers to design and deploy internal apps, prompts, and workflows.
• Define PRDs and measurable success metrics for transformations.
• Lead agile cycles and iterate based on internal user feedback.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption across business units.
• Monitor tool adoption, reliability, and business value.
• Prototype solutions hands-on, not only write specs.
