Metropolis is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Applied AI to lead internal AI strategy and drive transformation across Finance, Operations, and GTM. You will own the product roadmap, work with AI engineers, and deliver measurable efficiency gains through agentic workflows and internal apps.

This role combines product rigor with hands-on prototyping, change management, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or leadership experience in tech.
• At least 2 years shipping AI-powered apps or automation.
• Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical leaders.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and rapid prototyping experience.
• Familiarity with data architectures, data pipelines and cloud tech (SQL, Snowflake, AWS).

Responsabilités

• Prioritize the internal Applied AI product roadmap, translating business challenges into AI-first specs.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and GTM to map workflows and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to design and deploy internal apps, prompt pipelines, and RAG workflows.
• Define requirements, PRDs, and measurable success metrics for transformations.
• Lead agile development cycles with direct user feedback to improve AI tools.
• Oversee change management to ensure adoption across business units.
• Monitor production reliability, tool adoption, and business value delivered by AI systems.
• Prototype solutions hands-on, not just writing specs.
